How sharing plans works
To keep your project information safe, we don't accept open file uploads through this page. Instead, tell us what documents you have — for example, M&E drawings, AHU schedules, extract riser layouts or a BIM export — and we will reply with a secure link or email address to share them with us.
What's useful to mention
- Building type, address and approximate floor area
- Which systems are in scope: supply, return, kitchen extract, fume, AHUs
- Drawing types you have (PDF, DWG, BIM/IFC, scanned)
- How recent the drawings are and whether they reflect any recent works
- Access arrangements and any out-of-hours requirements
- Any confidentiality or NDA requirements
