01

Specialist focus

We focus exclusively on the hygiene and condition of commercial ventilation systems. That includes supply and return ductwork, air handling units, kitchen and process extract systems, and the inspection programmes that hold it all together.

Our work is aligned with recognised UK industry guidance — in particular BESA TR19 (ventilation hygiene) and TR19 Grease (kitchen extract) — and is delivered with the documentation a facilities team needs to evidence that work was done properly.

02

Who we help

Most of our enquiries come from people responsible for the day-to-day operation and compliance of commercial buildings:

  • Facilities managers and in-house FM teams
  • Building managers and managing agents
  • Landlords and asset managers
  • FM companies and main contractors
  • Hospitality operators with kitchen extract responsibilities
  • Estates teams in healthcare, education and the public sector
  • Health & safety teams using ventilation hygiene as part of risk control
03

What we cover

Duct cleaning & commercial duct cleaning. Restoring hygiene to supply, return and recirculating ductwork.

TR19 duct cleaning and duct hygiene. Cleaning scoped and reported against BESA TR19 ventilation hygiene guidance.

AHU cleaning. Coils, drip trays, fans, plenums and filter assemblies inside air handling units.

Extraction duct cleaning. Process and kitchen extract systems, including grease-laden ductwork.

Ventilation system inspection and risk assessment. Independent assessment of cleanliness, condition and maintenance priorities.

04

Inspection-led, evidence-based

We don't recommend cleaning a system we haven't looked at. Whenever practical, work begins with an inspection at representative access points so that scope, pricing and timing reflect what is actually in the ductwork — not a generic template.

Every job is documented with photographic evidence and a clear report that describes what we observed and how it relates to recognised guidance. That gives facilities teams something defensible to share with landlords, insurers and auditors.

05

What we don't claim

We're deliberately careful with our wording. Our reports describe observed hygiene condition against recognised guidance; they do not by themselves constitute a legal compliance certificate. Where wider duties apply — workplace, fire safety, food hygiene, healthcare estates — our work is intended to support, not replace, the building's responsible person and competent advisors.
